Secretary of Defense Employer Support Freedom AwardIn 2008, President Barack Obama presented State Farm and 14 other organizations with the Employer Support Freedom Award for outstanding support of employees in the National Guard or Reserve. Instituted in 1996, the Freedom Award recognizes exceptional support from the employer community.

National Association for Female Executives Award 2018Every year, the National Association for Female Executives (NAFE) honors 13 successful, innovative, relentless Women of Excellence who serve and enrich their workplaces, their communities, and our world.
