Matching Gifts

Matching Gifts

We invest in our communities by matching donations from employees, agents and retirees to qualified nonprofit organizations and schools. In some cases, matches can reach up to $4,500 per calendar year, per associate.

100 for Good® program

100 for Good®

The 100 for Good program energizes our culture of helping others. In three years, employees and agents recorded over 1,000,000 acts of good that delivered a smile, inspired someone or improved the community.

Good Neighbor Grant®

Good Neighbor Grant®

Eligible nonprofits are awarded a $500 grant when employees, agents or retirees volunteer a minimum of 40 hours (per calendar year) to that organization. We can even pool our volunteer time to reach 40 hours.
